A couple weeks ago, i received an email from hollywoodprofiles.com talking about open casting calls and various other entertainment business. The email stated that for only $1.95, I would receive a trial of the service. NOWHERE in the deal was anything about any other fees. Therefore, when i looked at my bank statement today and saw a $49.95 charge from svc Talent, i was shocked. I knew immediately what it was-- the whole thing seemed strange to me in the first place. I have read through the other complaints on this site, and realize I am not the only one to whom this has happened. It seems as if it is a fairly regular occurrence. If somebody could point me in the right direction on where to take this, it would be much appreciated. At the very very least, I'd like to ensure they don't charge me again.
