In the begining of year 2012 a man stoped by our house, my mom asnwered the door and talked to him. She said this person was selling educational books. After talking to him she thought it would be nice to buy one book for my brother. A mathematics book, that he can use for school studies. I said ok well if its just one book and it would help my brother. During our conversation with this man, he did not say anything about continued subscription or access to online learning courses or tutorial. This man did not provide us with any type of a receipt, or any other information about their company. We were under an impression that this is a one time transaction.

My mom didn't have cash on her so she wrote a check. Weeks later we started seeing charges of $19.95 by SWADVANTAGE on our bank account. We called our bank to find information about who is this company SWADVANTAGE and if we can get a phone number to call them. We did try to contact them by calling 1-888-551-5901 Southwestern Great American Ink (i was told this company is a thrid party and only deals with bank transations). I requested a phone number to reach SWADVANTAGE specificaly, and I was give a telephone number 1-866-290-5400. I called and contacted customer service, and I was told I have a subscription for online access. I was shocked. What online subscription? I didnt sign up for this service.

I asked that my name be removed immediately, and I was told it would. I though the matter is resolved, but NO it wasn't. My mom noticed continued charges on the bank account for the same amount, for whatever reason she thought it was her insurance company charging, because around that time she also sign up for it and it was for the same amount $19.95. Moving forward, this company continued to charge us, until we closed our bank account. And we are still trying to get our money back. Im tired of dealing with these criminals. These people stole money from us, and the only way to bring them down it to take it all the way to the court house and the prison.

Best of luck to all citizes out there who were scammed by these people.
