Swiss Cuban Cigars Harassment, repeated phone calls, repeated emails Internet

I gave Swiss Cuban Cigars my contact information while trying to assertain the amount of S&H that would be required for a purchase.  I never completed the transaction nor put in any credit card information.  Shortly thereafter I began receiving emails from the company informing me that there was a problem with my order.  I contacted them and explained the situationa dn asked to be removed from their mailing list and I was assured that would happen.  Jump forward a few months and another email (which I also received a response to telling me that I would be unsubscribed) and I am still receiving not only regular emails, but occassional phone calls from representatives telling me about deals they have.  I'm not sure what to do at this point.  I have contacted the company multiple times and have been told that they would stop contacting me, yet it still continues.  DO NOT give these people your information unless you are ready to be hassled by them for the rest of your life.
