Misrepresented free magazines for 3 months through Peebles Department Store. Now I cannot talk to a customer service rep and the company, Synapse Retail Ventures, will not let me unsubscribe and are charging my bank account.

I had the exact same thing happen to me. I got so mad though that they wouldnt let me cancel through their automated system that I started yelling and cussing at the robot and it took me to a real person that I yelled at until he let me cancel. This company is so shady! So anyone who is trying to cancel and cant, just yell and cuss at the robot.

It will take you to a real person who you may be able to get to cancel your subscription without yelling at them. I felt so bad for yelling at them myself.
