 I paid John to fix my lights so they can turn on again. He is giving excuses as to why I do not appreciate his "charity" work and calling me a liar. I paid Mr Kim in full before he even started the job so there was no charity or low balling here. My sign had been tampered with and would not turn on at night. That is why I got Synergy ledz to come and fix it. A job which you took a look at first and informed me you could handle before accepting the gig and collecting full payment in advance. The original 1700 quote included a 3x1 led store sign that I later declined (I bet I dodged a bullet there). I guess you wanted me to fork over the money for the 3x1 sign although I decided I did not like your outdated product. Yes I did some research after I left your store and you are selling 12yr old led technology to people at twice the retail price. And he keeps hyping the cost of the LED bulbs he installed and expects me to appreciate the fact he changed my bulbs with LED's that wouldn't turn on, Mr Kim FYI those bulbs cost at most $40 retail each ( https://www.industrialledsolution.com/product-page/25-pack-integrated-cooler-light-v-shaped-dual-row-led ) that's for a 25 pack of those bulbs. Which by the way is not what you installed. The electrician that completed your failure told me you put 6 6ft led bulbs and not 8ft bulbs like you claimed. It took him 3hrs to open my box, go purchase parts needed, install a photocell switch and connect the power all by himself with a boom truck. It's not my fault you and your "installer" are incompetent liars and you had to come back a second time as you so claim. I only recall you coming back to ask for more money and not as you promised to complete /fix your work. I came to you to help turn on my sign. I honestly didn't care about the led bulbs you up sold me on, the other bulbs worked just fine. I simply wanted my sign to turn on Mr Kim and that is where you failed.

Lie #1 estimate was $1400 but he lowballed to $1250 after install (i have check to prove it)
Lie #2 we offered to do extra electrical work for $200 after spending hours identifying the issue at no cost
Lie #3 we installed 6pc 8ft Integrated V-shape top of the line LED lights.

Mr. patrick runs a income tax office in dallas, he came to our showroom asking for help since his 18ft sign hasn't been on for over a year. We felt bad and decided to help him. His estimate came out to be $1400 with discount not knowing how difficult the job would be.. 6 pc 8ft v-shaped LED integrated light which are $100 a piece. His sign was very old and had a one piece acrylic 5ft high and 18 ft wide. We took our 35ft boom truck and had to go upstairs and hold the sign with a rope to slide it out without breaking. We took all the existing lights out and did all the electrical work to install the new LED lights. It took us over 6 hours to do this installation which was very difficult. Sign company's job is to install and connect with existing electric since it wasn't a new install. After we installed he only wanted to pay $1250 and i have a picture of his check to prove it. We tried to help him because he was in need. For that size of sign and difficulty of the job would have cost at least $1700 from a regular sign company. we got a call next day saying sign did not turn on so we went out there again and found the problem for him free of charge. all other tenants had a dedicated timer running to their sign but their electric was rigged with the nail salon next door. We told him he needed to call his landlord and get that fixed. I guess the Landlord admitted the problem but never fixed it. we came back Again and offered to fix it for $200 but he refused. So he spends $375 to get his electrical fixed and demanded i pay him the money back. We were shocked to see how much we helped him and he decided to write a bad review while lying about all the numbers.
