This bank is working with Fred Joseph, he has them put a phony amount of money on their site and then when you try to transfer the money to your account they never send the validation code.

When you contact them this is what they tell you, you need to send them $1500 to get a new validation code and then they stop you from getting onto their site. Total SCAM!!!!!
