Green Dot Financial Synovus Bank Deceptive practices, Refusing to refund moneys Internet

I purchased a Green dot card because it stated that it was valid for international purchases and immediate availablity of funds, However when i contacted them to notify them that it was to be used internationally, i was told that I would have to wait for 1.5 weeks to get my other card to do that (Missing my christmas deadline) and told them i wanted a refund.  Supervisor told me that one would be sent the next day (12/5/11).  Called morning of 12/5/11 to check status of refund and was not able to get to a customer service agent.  after calling 1800-473-3636 i got to a person and a supervisor.  supervisor told me it was n7 days untill my check would be cut and mailed to me.  After 45 minutes of arguing was transferred to another person who after 20 minutes agreed to get me my return.  well see if it actually shows.  Noone tells you a name when they answer so it kinda hard to go after certian people.  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!  There are better and other sevices to use!
