6-7-2007 bought this time share after so very much pressure. They just would not take no for any answer and after several hours of saying no i finally gave in and bought it. What i was buying was a Bora Bora Deluxe Suite for $26,735.00 @120 Payments of $418.19 per month total with intrest was 52,831.80 and maintenance fee was $360.00 maintenance fee was never discused but i signed . Was given 10 get aways a year every year but as time went on and board members and management failed to conduct good busness they filed for bankruptcy dont remember year. i lost all my get aways and was not told about.8-05-08 went on vacation and had to go to owners update meetting. When i arived at meetting i was told how good of a deal they had and that i should not miss out i told them i din,t want to but after about 1.75 hours i gave in again.so i bought the up grade which cost me again $12150.00 @16.9(120 months @$213.12 total was $25574.40 and again never discussed was maintenance fee which went up to $668.00. Again don,t remember when i lost the 10 get aways i can find out but that takes alittle more resurch.years 09-10 maintenance fee was ? 10-11 maintenance fees went up to $799.00 12-13 dont remember ? 13-14 Was told at owners meetting that consolidated Resorts was a thing of the past and it would benefit from the points system din
