Tamara Hernandez Yorkie buyers beware - totally unethical breeder Cave Springs Arkansas

I purchased a Yorkie puppy from Tammy as a Christmas gift in 2004. I was assured during my many conversations with Tammy that my little angel would be under 3.5 lbs. I wanted a teacup and I told her how important the puppy size was. She assured me the parents were l.5 lbs to 3.5 lbs. My teacup is now 5 lbs. When I tried to get information from Tammy she just disappeared. I have never received any AKC papers as promised, in fact, when I picked up my puppy at the airport, the attached papers referenced a male yorkie (mine is female) and a Chihuahua.

Do not purchase anything from this individual. To say that she doesn't tell the truth is putting in mildly. In my research I found the American Kennel Club Board of Directors February 9, 2007 minutes in which they imposed a $2,000 fine for refusal to make her dogs and records available for inspection when requested, and failure to complete supplemental transfers (Chihuahua and Papillon). Yorkie buyers beware.

My last communication from her was on July 26,2005 in which she stated she would get my papers to me. All she seemed to want to know was whether or not I planned on breeding my new puppy. I gave her all my addressed, phone numbers, etc and NEVER HEARD FROM HER AGAIN. She changed her email address, phone numbers and any other records I had. I am so pleased to find this site where I can finally warn other potential yorkie lovers about this deceitful woman.
