Tameeka McBride runs a stay at home business with Arise (which is a good company) but Tameeka is the IBO of her employees and withholds pay becuase she can not buget money. You work for her she will give you a GoDaddy email address so she can monitor your emails. If you do what I did an get smart and become your own IBO she will refuse to pay you your last pay. I took her to small claims court in Yorktown,VA for $500 and won!! The placed a lean against her and 3 days later I got paid, I tried to email her on all of her email addresses there are mult and emailed her the court warrent in Debt. She moves alot so it is hard to track her down. Her business licence states that she went into business 10/27/2008 File number 4616178 entity name Mcbride technologies llc and address on her business licence which is wrong by the way is 1903 Blatty Place newark, DE 19702 her correct address I only found after she tried to counter sue me for $1,163.87. Which she was sueing for travel expences, which the judge laughed her out of court on that one. Her address as of 4/21/2014 is 9 Blyth Court New Castle, DE 19702 ph# 302-365-0035. She also goes by Strategic Virtual Services. She has refused to pay her employees many times and still doing it, Do yourself a favor and skip Tameeka and if you really want to work at home and get paid legally for large named companies go directly to www.arise.com and sign up as your own IBO so you know that you get paid. Also Tameeka only pays her employees $0.12-$0.16 a min so $8-12 a hour, where arise depending on what client you service for pays IBO's $0.19-$0.33 a min that's up to $19 an hour. Tameeka is making a large profit off her employees and refusing to pay the employees!!!

#2 UPDATE EX-employee responds
I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR 9 MONTHS!

Tameeka McBride is the IBO for Strategic Virtual Services aka McBride Technologies, LLC. Arise is the company that obtains the contracts that her recruits work for as customer service representatives. I worked as an independent contractor from 03/2014 until 05/31/2014. I am still waiting for the balance of my pay check and its 12/2014.
I let her nickle and dime me for months until it stopped. MONEY & ALL COMMUNICATION. So I obtained an attorney. She contacted me irate that I had done so. Stating she offered me some money in October and I never came to get it. 50.00? That was too minimal an amount to travel for. I want my balance PAID in FULL.
During the time I worked for Tameeka another employee in Virginia sued and won. Good for her!

I have been asked mult times, down right harassed about this post, everying in it is correct, I did sue Tameeka Mcbride, I did finally get paid after the courts put a lean against her. I have been called 15 times today alone about removing this post, where I have had to put my phone in Do not disturb mode. Anyone that reads this site can tell you any post that gets posted here stays here and there is no way to remove it. I have posted my experience with her for when I worked under her. Hey she may have worked out whatever issue she had paying me that in end ended up in court. Once again I did end up getting paid by her only after I took her to court, I do not wish to be contacted by her or anyone else harrassing me about this issue. Anyone else that may deside to work for Tameeka Mcbride in the future can make their own decisions. I do not wish to be contacted again about this issue I was paid back in May like I posted before. The Pay at arrise is no longer per the min base rate it is now $2 a call that when into affect 9/1/2014.
I have posted the discription from this website itself ripoffreport.com
2. Our Policy: Why We Don't Remove Reports
Since the Ripoff Report was started in 1998, our policy has always remained the same - we don't remove reports. We will not remove reports even when they are claimed to contain defamatory statements. We will not remove reports even if the original author asks us to do so. Also, contrary to what our critics would like to believe, we will NOT remove reports for money. Don't believe us? Just make us an offer and see how we respond.
Some people have criticized this policy as being unfair, but we strongly feel this policy is essential, fair, and far better than the alternative - rampant censorship.
We have many reasons for our policy, but here are three of the most important ones:
FIRST - we are not in a position to judge the credibility and truthfulness of the 600,000+ reports and the many millions of other comments posted on our site. Except for statements clearly marked as "Editor's Comments" (or otherwise indicated as being from us), all material posted on the Ripoff Report is created entirely by third party users of our site, not by us (this includes reports AND their titles). Because our reports come from users, we are not in a position to know what is accurate and what isn't. Of course, when people contact us to dispute the accuracy of something on our site, we have no way of knowing who they are or whether they are telling the truth. For that reason, we cannot simply remove reports because one side claims that something in the report is inaccurate. Taking sides is not our role.
This position isn't unusual. Consider these examples - Facebook does not fact-check the accuracy of every post from all of its 500+ million users. Amazon.com doesn't verify the accuracy of all its user reviews, nor does Twitter confirm that every tweet is 100% true. Just like these sites, Ripoff Report cannot and does not investigate the accuracy of everything posted by our users. For any website that allows user-generated comments, investigating and verifying every posting would be economically and practically impossible, so the law (at least here in the United States) does not hold website operators responsible for the accuracy of material posted by a user.
SECOND - we do not remove reports because we believe this site is most effective when all complaints are maintained and preserved so that over time patterns of truly bad business practices are exposed. If we removed reports upon request or after a certain period of time, this would provide consumers with less information to use when evaluating a company. Unlike the Better Business Bureau (which deletes complaints after just 36 months and which has been accused of hiding complaints in exchange for money), we maintain a permanent record of all complaints. This ensures that our viewers have more information rather than less.
THIRD - if we removed complaints on request this would give companies an incentive to pressure authors to remove true and accurate reports in exchange for money or simply to avoid a costly lawsuit. It's a well-known fact that most people aren't willing or able to spend $100,000 in legal fees defending a defamation lawsuit, so even when a person has written a 100% true report, there is a huge amount of pressure for them to just remove it when threatened with legal action.
For that reason, we will not agree to remove reports upon request, even if someone can show that a report is probably inaccurate. By having this policy, we take leverage away from companies who threaten or pressure a customer hoping to get them to retract a valid complaint
If this seems unfair or unreasonable, consider this -- if someone sues you in court and makes outlandish claims that are completely false, you can fight the case and win and at the end a judgment will be entered in your favor proving that you were right and your accuser was wrong. However, the court clerk will NOT destroy the file or seal the records of the case simply because you won. Even when a lawsuit is shown to be 100% baseless, the documents remain part of a public record that is maintained for years or perhaps forever (trust us -- we KNOW about this from first-hand experience). In this situation, the remedy you are entitled to is a court order or judgment proving that you were right, not the destruction of public records about the case.
