Tammy Turner Burnside Financial Services Monae Dorsey Scam! Riverside California

So my human resources department at my place of employmnet received a call from this place today.  They left a phone number for me to call back and a case number for me to reference.  I called them back and they informed me they were going to place a judgement against me and I would be served with papers for a court date.  When asked what this was regarding they said a bank account from 2008. 

When I informed them I've never had any accounts at this bank, could it possibly be a mistake they said no.  They said they mailed me a paper back in July, which I never received.  I asked them to mail me the papers again and they said they couldn't, they could only email it. From what I understand in order for it to be a valid debt, they have to notify you by U.S. Mail.  The paper they emailed had my name, address, an account numer and the name of the bank. 

I informed them again that I have never had an account with this bank and they said this was very time sensitive and I had to get this taken care of today or I would be served papers.  I filed a report with the attorney general's office and am going to file a police report as well.  Tammy Turner and Monae Dorsey are the 2 ladies I spoke with. I also asked for a number that i could call to reach Huntington Bank, they gave me an 888 number. When I called they answered Fraud Department, Mark speaking. 

I asked him a couple questions and hung up.  Called back and oddly enough got the same guy with the same greeting, fraud department Mark speaking.  I've never called a bank and they haven't identified thename of the bank ehen I'm calling. Very sketchy.  These people are not a legitimate collection agencey, they try to scrae people into paying them money for debts that aren't valid.
