Tanner Transmissions, Taylorsville Tannner Transmission, took it back 15 times, still not working, ripped off, scammed, Taylorsville Utah Taylorsville Utah

I took my car to Tanner in 2004 to repair my transmission after having it for over a week, they finally finished it, it cost me over 4,000.00 but I had to return the next week to have leaks and hard shifting fixed, after that I had to return at least every six months to have leaks fixed again until the summer of 2007 where they took the vehicle back for a total of 8 times to again fix leaks.

now its December 2008 and my vehicle has a failed transmission again and they will not fix it without me paying for it all over again, even though they never fixed the problem in the beginning.

When I tried to plead my case with upper management they where rude and defiant, one manager Jim, from the build shop told me to jump off a creek??! what ever that means. Jim would never let me speak with his manager even after he told me that he was the manager? but that the real manager was not in the office at the time? After I mentioned my experience with Jim to his Taylorsville manager Matt he said that yah, he needed medication and that he is a rude short tempered person. . and that he treated everyone that way including him. I then spoke to Bob, and it was the same song and dance in a slightly more polite manner but still dismissed it as not their problem.. AND he still had the nerve to suggest that I bring it back to them and have them fix it and he would give me consideration? that they would trim off the Gravy and charge me wholesale... ha! do not take you vehicle to Tanner, they will rip you off, lie to you then laugh in your face about it.
