I purchased a pair of eyeglasses for $250. After changing the prescription 2 or 3 times and with me still getting headaches when I try to wear them, I go back later and they tell me that I probably need Glass Lens as the plastic dont work as well, plus the curveature of the lens could cause a problem so I say OK.

Then they tell me that they dont make glass lens any longer and that I have waited too long after the purchase to complain !!! I complained to them everyday as I was working at that store and I have contacted Target Customer Service multiple times by e-mail and telephone about this !! They should have records!! I'm 69 years old and I had to save up money to buy the glasses !!

Ask for a full refund back!! YES! Eyeglasses can be returned. If they are suggesting you need glass lenses vs. plastic, and they cannot accomodate you because they no longer sell glass lenses, then they need to give you your money back so you can go elsewhere. If they tell you "no" then ask for a manager. If they still deny you a refund, then file a complaint with the BBB. Good luck to you.
