Tax Care Professionals $400 taken from my card,promissing to fail past due taxe-then they disconnect themselfs Los Angeles, California

In April 2008  /I have documents to prove it/ I believed I found a way to put my late taxes back to order and I contacted an company in   LA,CA" Tax care professionals" to help me out with this problem once and for ever.I spoke with a gentleman over the phone.His name was Brian Tessitore Manager-Strategic Tax planing.I explained to him,that's I am a 62 years old  widow who works as  a Care Giver. Becouse I take care of my patient 24/7 without any days off what means I work weekends permanently too.I have a huge problem to visit a local Tax company and do it in person.Brian explained to me in details what I would be asked  to do  and assured me I will be fine in short period of time.They charged my card in  total  of $ 4000.Mont by month.I as very surprised as I have not hear from them and try to call them multiple times.The operator was very unpleasant in the ton of voice ,also every representative I spoke too..even worse.One lady by name Lilly  was so arrogant and loud, talking about nothing,only how busy they are,,,and wanted me to be more patient.I am trying to contact them today again---but found out they do not exist anymore.I  honestly have no clue what to do with my rights,with the lost money and with people they are just criminals.I hope somebody can help me what I would appreciate....
