I had a small tax lien from a dispute I had with the irs about tax owed.  I got it resolved and the tax lien is released.  This company continues to send me professional looking mail that says personal and confidential   when you open it they list you as a defendant with the tax amount.  It is trying to scare you as if you are being sued by the irs. 

I have made multiple attemps to call them to remove my name from there list.  I only get a recording saying I can leave a message or press 0 for an operator.  The only thing that happens is I hear music for a couple minutes than it goes back into there general message.

I want them to stop harrassing me and sending me these annoying pieces of mail.
