Based on our conversation September 28,2010 at 9:42AM my time (California) You directed me to write this letter to confirm a verbal agreement that you assumed was made by me.  This memo is written because you said verbally that I must write this in order to start the process to have my money of 500.00 dollars return to me.  I have made a minimum of 6 phone calls and during the calls you only notified me of this way at the 9:42 conversation.  You have FRAUDULENTLY taken money from my account.  I verbally told Jeremy Long at (888) 497-5937 that I was not interested in Tax Masters because of want was said on the Internet and on RIPOFF. COM.  I said that I would seek help from another tax repersentive that I DID not want to acquire the services he provided.  I said I would get tax help locally.  AT NO TIME DID I ACQUIRE OR SHOULD YOU HAVE ASSUMED THAT I ACQUIRED SERVICES WITH TX MASTERS.  ONE HOUR OR TWO HOURS AFTER OUR CONVERSATION AND MY INTERNET SEARCH OF YOUR CREDIT HISTORY I CALLED AND SPOKE TO JEREMY LONG TO ACKNOWLEDGED THAT I WOULD NOT SECURE SERVICES WITH TAX MASTERS.  I HAVE  MADE REASONABLE EFFORTS TO CONTACT JEREMY WHO HAS NOT RETURNED MY CALLS.   STOP ANY ACTIVITY THAT YOU ASSUME WAS A VERBAL, DO NOT TAKE ANY MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT, PLEASE RETURN MY MONEY QUICKLY FOR THIS FRAUDULENTLY ACTIVITY HAS CAUSED CONSIDERABLE FINANCIAL DAMAGE AND HAS SHOCKED OUR CONSCIOUS.  IF YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND THIS PLAN HONEST ENGLISH COMMUNICATION, PLEASE UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING I AM REQUESTING WANT YOU CONSIDER A VERBAL AGREEMENT TO BE CANCELLED.  DO NOT TAKE, ASSUME, BELIEVE, OUR USE WEAK LAWS TO ROB ME IN YOUR ASSUMPTION THAT I HAVE A VERBAL AGREEMENT.
