I paid Taylor Street Credit $2,750 in December 2007 expecting to have a new credit line added to my credit file. The goal was to boost my credit score a little more...however, after 25+ phone calls to 1-800-948-0649 I am MORE THAN frustrated.
Nothing has taken place...nothing! I was actually able to speak with a New secretary at Taylor Street Credit in early April 2008 (named Jessica) and she told me I needed to sign a form to authorize the new credit line. She told me she would send the form via email to me.... nope! nothing ever came to my email!
Jessica (the new secretary at Taylor Street Credit) also told me the person I signed up with had been fired (his name is Kines sp??). Anyways, I'm pissed and too busy to pursue this company and get my money back. Please help. I am willing to work with anyone using a class-action lawsuit or attorney who wants to chase this company and put them under. If I ever met any of the representatives of this company in person they would find out what I think about their services real quick...
UPDATE--> The main phone number for Taylor Street Credit is no longer usable/valid. The phone number used to be 800-948-0649...what is it now??? Please let me know if you have any more information. Oregon
