Tbc Financials They sent me a check saying I was a winner of 100,000. gave me a number to call and the message is full West Bloomfield Michigan

I too recieved a letter saying that I was the winner of the fourth quarter 2008 sweepstake drawing. I recieved a check in the amount of $4,888.53 saying that would be the taxes I would pay on my winnings. I was to call this number and talk with a Diana Wilson or Sean Peter by Nov. 17th to insure my check would be activated. I called only to find a answering machine that is full and no messages can be left. My check is from "Bottle Crew" and charter one bank is the issuer, with 3 different security features looks very, very real!!! So I decided to google "tbc financials" and it brought me to the rip off report. I am very dissappointed I have been entering Publishers clearing house now for close to 20 years and I thought they finally picked my name!!! Help what do I do or who do I contact to insure these people are stopped so no one else has to have a HUGE dissappointment like I have.
