This company sucks please do not use them they are unsafe and unknowledgeable, they disconnected my alarm system and will not send someone out to fix it they had a shady guy do the system upgrade he did not test or show us how it works he did not connect my smart devices to the new system, he had no knowledge of any integration and left my home unprotected.

TBI is then Alarm company formally Westminster Security and they are unprofessional and unknowledgeable the same as E4. I am on a personal crusade to notify the public and homeowners in the ridge or homes toll brothers builds to opt out of TBI and control 4 and go with ADT and another security company and home install company for pre-wire, speakers, and smart home solutions.

HOMEOWNER BEWARE, Do not roll the dice on the safety of your home, Eric Roden and TBI should be ashamed of themselves for the unprofessional and lazy attitude to fix an alarm system they disabled in a multi-million dollar home and I'm sure I'm not the first. They should have a tech here today not Friday it's of no importance to them were just another customer.
