TCG Services LLC Extra Space Storage 8485 Remodel El Dorado Kansas

TCG Services is a facility maintenance company that hired my company to do repairs at five retail stores and were paying in a 65 day range.  Then they were awarded a contract to rehab the manager's apartment each time Extra Space Storage in Salt Lake City UT purchased a rental storage complex.  

I was given the contract of $5,785 to remodel the manager's apartment for a newly purchased complex in Corpus Christi TX on July 23, 2014, work order 101919.  The list of repairs was completed to the new manager's satisfaction on August 15, 2014. TCG Services would not allow a draw but promised to pay in full in 15 days of job completion.

My contact was Aaron Haskell thruout the project but once the job was completed, he stopped replying to emails or taking my phone calls.  A lien was filed and Jason Stewart, District Manager for Extra Space Storage was notified by certified mail. He instructed the post office to return the letter to me.  The debt has never been disputed by anyone concerned so therefore is valid.

I hired www.debtcollectionsagencyhouston.com on Dec 2 2014 and they were able to contact one of the partners of TCG Services who stated he would have their attorney send a letter stating why the invoice is not being paid.  To date, no letter nor email nor phone call has ever been made to either the collection agency or myself.  

I'm left to assume they just don't want to pay.
