I found these guys on UShip. They seemed like a big, reputable company, so I booked them for a shipment. They arranged transport through Estes Express Lines. As it turned out, Estes took three days to pick up my shipment and wound up damaging it, but you can't fault Team Worldwide for that. All they did was arrange for the shipment, after all.

However, a week after my shipment arrived, Estes reclassed my shipment to a much more expensive class. Ron, at Team Worldwide, did absolutely NOTHING to help me fight the re-class. In fact, at one point I called and spoke to someone else in his office who told me that Ron has the entire NMFC guidelines on his computer, and he could easily help me find the correct class for my shipment. Unfortunately, Ron had NO INTEREST WHATSOEVER in trying to help me. Instead, he kept droning on and on about how I should know the NMFC class and it wasn't his responsibility to help me find it. DUH.... isn't that why you hire a broker??? 

Steer clear of these guys. From the e-mails I got from Ron, it's clear he's been in the shipping profession forever -- 30 years according to him -- and he obviously worked for the trucking companies because he has no interest at all in helping the shipping public. Suffice it to say, Team Worldwide makes more money from me if my shipment is reclassed, and that appears to be all they care about.

There are tons of reputable shipping brokers out there -- don't waste your time -- or your money -- with Team Worldwide.
