tec volvo of fontana fraudulently working up repair bill ,fixing stuff that is not broke fontana California

we brought our truck in to get some things fixed that they broke the time before,which was the DEF exhaust mounting straps they stripped out DeF the exhaust gasket they did not put inand they're trying to charge us for the things they fixed and things that weren't even broke like the batteries air intake tube clutch fan clutch fan solenoid DEF dozer pump we received Three estimates from them each time getting higher and each time they said that would be it the first estimate start at $1,200 ANdup to almost 5,000 unfortunately I'm held hostage with this company because they're the only Volvo dealer near my house we bought our truck brand new and only have two hundred and seventy thousand miles and 2 years and 4 months of servicewe don't run our truck hard or excessive service on Idol because we have a APUbut everytime we take it to Tec Fontana Volvo they break more than they fix we found tools left under our hood stripped out boltS things not put together back correctly I would not recommend taking any vehicle to these peoplewe currently have an open case number with Volvo of North America reference number 616-9153and we also filed a case with them at the bar Bureau of automotive repair California
