I have a laptop which has limited memory. It was slowed and it would connect very slowly to the internet. I called Tech Savvy Geeks, Inc. on a Saturday. Ray O'Conner answered, said the laptop needed to be restored, the cost would be $80 and he would send a tech to pick up the laptop. The tech met me at McDonalds at 6;30 pm and I told him to copy all the info on the hard drive onto a flash drive which I gave him. Originally he said it would ready the next day. Later he texted he was going to finish it by 9:30 pm in only 3 hours. When he brought the laptop to me at the same McDonalds at 9:30 pm all my hard drive was missing. The tech somehow botched copying my hard drive onto the flash drive and casued the loss of an entire year of my work. I waited there for an hour while the tech tried to find the info on my laptop and he could not. When I tried to call the owner Ray O'Conner he dodged my calls and it went to a voicemail that was always full. I tried going to his tiny storefront office several times and it is always locked with nobody there.
I went to the store where I had purchased the laptop and the specialist told me that the restoration should have taken 3 days not 3 hours and that the Tech Savvy Geek, Inc. tech had done a cheap, unprofessional job. Ray O'Conner is operating with intentional recklessness as he hires inexperienced techs who don't know what they are doing. Ray O'Conner's intentional recklessness caused the loss of all the information on my entire hard drive and now he dodges all my attempts to contact him. I am reporting him to the BBB and am going to sue him in small claims court.

The owner of Tech Savvy Geeks, Inc. aka Ray O'Conner aka Ray O'Connor is a huge liar and with his statements he is simply giving me more ammunition to win a financial settlement against him with a lawsuit.
After his employee failed to back up my data and I lost one years worth of work he was not sympathetic. Instead he was sarcastic, derogatory, and made threatening, harassing emails and calls.
Why in the world would I have time and energy to invent this story about Tech Savvy Geeks, Inc aka Ray O'Conner aka Ray O'Connor unless his company did intentionally and recklessly delete all my information without backing it up. I spoke afterward to a real computer expert who said it should have taken 3 days, not the 3 hours that Tech Savvy Geeks, Inc. spent. They did a very unprofessional, cheap job that cost me dearly.
The shop is never open. The door is always locked. I assume that he has many other angry customers. The purpose of me filing this report is to warn people never to use Tech Savvy Geeks, Inc. aka Ray O'Conner aka Ray O'Connor's services.

I was contacted by someone with a phone number that is associated Addiction coach inc, Ardens Angels (305) 964-8472 305-988-7688 for computer repair service, He explained to me that his computer had a gotten invected with a virus because he was downloading PORN. I told him that it was Saturday and my office was closed however I could refer him to someone who could help him. I told him that he might need to have his computer restored, he said he had a backup of his information so it would not be a problem he just needed to get his computer back up and running. To my surprised this lovely person that I tried to help that got his computer infected from downloading PORN tried to defame my company.. Good Luck.. R.C. Arden Addiction coach!!
