On 08/24/2013, TechBuddies, Inc. stated they were going to repair my computer on-line. They were unable to repair my computer. I was told I would not be charged if they were not able to repair my computer.
On 08/24/2013, I was charged $149.99 on my VISA credit card after being told per Victor Booth they would not charge my account. On 08/26/2013, I received an e-mail from Richard at TechBuddies, Inc, stating my refund was initiated. On 09/10/2013, I e-mailed Mr. Richard to call me because I had not received my refund. Mr. Richard replied back stating to give him an hour so he could talk to the Finance Team as to why my account had not been credited. On 09/13/2013, I called TechBuddies, Inc. technical department and billing department regarding this matter. They did not return my call. As of 09/13/2013, the amount of $149.99 has not been refunded to my VISA credit card.
I want to be refuned .
