Dear Sir/Madam,
I'm a victim of an online fraud by teepeat.com, which is based in Florida.
I live in Greece and on 28/1 I placed an order to the teepeat.com (order #11113).
No order confirmation was received by e-mail, my credit card was charged and since then I have not received the product, although the agreed/promised lead time was 3-4 weeks.
After several e-mails with the online customer service of the site, I still have not received any track number and a refund was refused.
After an online investigation, I found many similar cases reported.
I strongly believe that a legal action should be taken against this site, in order to prevent other customers to be deceived in the future.
I would really appreciate your attention on this matter.
