Ordered via the vendors call routing equipment, three (3) grab handles for use in a shower. Cost= $41.94. For being a good customer, each grab handle was to be upgraded to deluxe models; they weren't. Additionally, they would ship two (2) more handles, free of charge. Actually, they charged $15.96 for one and $15.98 for the second. Invoice number 83636, order number 589983636 , total cost= $87.89
