TELEBRANDS DR Ripoff the amount of the cost of the GET A GRIP when I sent the grips back to them.I did not get nothing back. Pacoima California

I had ordered some grips for my mother-in-law because it was hard for her to take a shower without loosing her balance.I got them in after paying the amount of the grips, handling charge and luckly I did not pay any tax. Someone at my wifes work said the grips were not very good. I then decided to get some from a hospital supply company. The grips I got were lot stronger. I sent the grips back to telebrands to see if I could some money back from telebrands . As of today I have not heard from them at all. They even put a return voucher with the grips.
