Telebrands.Dr Ordered 'Get-a-Grip', received only one (l) but was charged shipping and handling for two (2). I was supposed to receive two (2) Get-A-Grips Pacoima California

Ordered Get-A-Grip as advertised on tv through internet. I was supposed to receive an additional Get-A-Grip. I received only one (l).

I was charged shipping and handling for two (2). Called the telephone number in Ca. (973)227-4034 many times and could not get an answer or recording.

Also called telephone number in New Jersey l-800-7774034 was was told that I 'had' to call the telephone number in Ca. for customer service on this item.

I've called many times and have not talked to anyone.

I've tried all the telephone numbers I've found on the internet for this company with no results.

I have not 'attached' the Get-A-Grip as yet to be used. However, after reading all the information on this site about this company,I wish I had researched the company 'before' purchasing any product.

The item came yesterday in the mail (one received only with invoice for two). I'[m hoping that the additional item will arrive under separate cover but somehow I don't think this will be the case. If it does arrive, I will update this complaint.

Since this transaction was on my debit card, I'm concerned that I cannot get a credit for the second item regarding shipping and handling in the amount of $7.99. The item was advertised as $l9.98, 2-S&H for $15.98 for a total of $35.96
