Telscape Wireless - Telscape Communications Don't Ecpect Any English Speaking Customer Service Los Angeles California

Do not do business with this company if you are not bilingual or Spanish speaking... they will not assist you in customer service.... then, when you finally get tired of the BS.... they tell you if you cancel your service there are no refunds offered... they just keep your money.... I asked them that and they stated.... YES.. We just keep your money...   I spend over 2 hours on hold because I enter "2 for English"; no ones going to answer if you press 2 for English... however, If you press 1 for Spanish, Customer Serivce gets right on the phone, that is until you inform them you need an English speaking representative, then they hang up on you..  THIS IS A WARNING ... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE NOT SPANISH SPEAKING...they do noy want your business... And they are actaully a Federal Lifeline Carrier... I have informed the US Goverment, various governing bodies about this comapny and will continue to do so hoping the Government will cease to allow them to offer discounted service sence they only offer it to one spectrum of people, those who speak Spanish, ONLY.... I don't belive this is right in America...
