The Farmington New Mexico office of Terracon is an awful place to work. If you are thinking of going to work for Terracon in this location- THINK AGAIN! The managment in this office are very good at lying and breaking the labor laws. The coorperate offices will support them because they make money for the company by abusing their employees and overcharging their clients. There is no long term employees in this office except for the two liars that manage it. Most of the people that work in this office are actually working for a temp agency. Most never achieve full time status, even after as long as two years.
The management of this office has been allowed to get away with sexual harassment of it's female employees. All of the actions of the managment in this office are endorsed by a dishonest and weak regional manager in Tucson, AZ. if you are thinking of working for this company in this location(or any other)- THINK AGAIN!! BEWARE OF TERRACON AND THEIR LIES....
