Knowing we were moving within 3-4 wks, we ordered pet tags for our pets with the new address in plenty of time before the move. Charged $29.95 and said our order was shipped out on 10/4/2013. Our move date was 10/19/2013.

Nothing has ever been received. Called the number on their site several times to which it is a recording stating 'they will call you back as soon as possible'. Submitted 2 emails on their site as well. Nothing. Cannot get ahold of anyone nor can we get a refund.

This has never happened to us before - we are usually so very careful so this is somewhat disturbing, not to mention plain ol' irritating! Just want a refund. NEVER use this site - never.
