Today marks as the 12th day from my original delivery date, 27th day from my car being fully paid for (I am a Texas customer so the car required to be paid off before Tesla will ship), and I've already made one payment for my auto loan, I've still yet to have my car or see my car as I was told that it had arrived at Dallas' Cedar Springs delivery center on 8/31.

I have been using all normal channels trying to solve this problem but I am running out of options. The delivery center orientation manager Jared Orem is terrible at communication and the associate manager Reid Walker is trying to help but I am just not seeing results. I tried to reach back to my inside delivery advisor (Mark Marsaiq) and the supervisor (Kevin Koran) but they have all gone radio silent.

My last delivery appointment on 9/6 at 9:30 am (3rd delivery date, the original was 8/28) was cancelled the night before at 10:30 pm but since I already cleared my day so I decided to go by and see what's going on. The associate delivery manager told me they got a few alerts when they were prepping the car last night and are running diagnostic, but he refused to provide an update on it, not even an ETA for diagnostic completion. Then I asked him if I can just take a look at my car, like see the VIN and stuff, I won't sit in it and won't touch it. HE REFUSED. So pretty much he was keeping me away from a car that I fully paid for and MVPA signed.

I then told him I will hang around until I get an update on the diagnostic and while I was waiting I called around my IDA (didn't pick up), my ID Super (didn't pick up) and got a hold of the CSR supervisor to explain the situation. About an hour later the associate delivery manager came by and first he asked me if I can stop calling people because it disrupts the 'channel of communication'. Then he proceed to tell me the alert was due to a defective rear tire rotational speed sensor (not sure exactly), since they don't have the parts in house they have to overnight it in and try to squeeze in an install tomorrow. The fastest I can get my car is probably Monday next week.

On Friday 9/7 I got a text from Reid stating the part is shipped and should arrive by 3 pm. Today (9/8) I got another text from Reid stating the part is not here and they are trying to get it from FedEx ASAP so my Monday delivery again won't happen.

Here's the bottom line: 3 delays, 12 days after the original delivery date, 27 days after fully paid, and 1 payment already for the auto loan later, still no car.
