Scroll down to very bottom of screen click on careers  
Click on option # 2 to look up jobs/exams if no listings found continue to monitor,  and # 3 to Create your eCareer profile
 This is the REGISTRATION PAGE FILL OUT AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS.
Once you complete your profile you will need to look up jobs once you apply the form will merge w/ profile info and thats when the post office will respond through your email about exam info.
