Lets start with February 2013, we but a 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix from this lot and all in all it is not a bad car, we drive it daily and park it in the garage. In September 2013 we go back to Texas auto Brokers and get a 2nd car, a 2006 TrailBlazer.

we gave them a second shot because mechanically the GrandPrix ran great, they did lie and tell us the sunroof was replaced and it was not. It still leaks...

The Trailblazer, it burns oil like crazy, has been in the shop longer than I have have had it... They first fixed the transmission when I brought it to them I never said anything about the transmission just the fact it smokes from the tailpipe and burns oil. They had it 2 weeks and drove it 30 miles and said it must not have been an issue because they could not get it to replicate the issue. I film it on my phone and show it to them... They keep the truck another 2 weeks and told me they replaced the valve cover gaskets, the PVC valve and spark plugs. WRONG! I took it to another shop to make sure these things were done and NOTHING!

I drove it to Austin and the has a major misfire so bad we had to pull over, I bring it back to them the next day and they tell me that they have 7 cars in front of me and I will not be able to get into the shop for another week maybe 2. I am missing work as I live too far away from my job to take a bus or cab and everyone I know needs their cars for work so I can't borrow and they will not give me a loaner. I have to pay 400 a month to keep the truck I dont have so I can't rent a car...

This place is a JOKE and I assure you that you will be sold a lemon if you go there. BUYER BEWARE!

After I posted this report I was contacted by the "owner" of the company. He advised me that my vehicle would be fixed and the team at TAB have since gone above and beyond their jobs to resolve this issue. My vehicle is running as it should and I LOVE it. We have also trusted them a third time and bought a third vehicle from them.

I would but a fourth if I could afford it... If you are looking for a good used car with a warranty I would go to Texas Auto Brokers and buy from them.

I was very upset when my vehicle was not repaired in what I thought was a fair amount of time and this is why I made the first report. I can’t remove it or I would so this is the only way I can correct my wrong.
