the arize group inc signed a contract for loan audit an it was never performed and was told i need to hire an attorney shawnee, Kansas

   i signed a contract with the arize group the contract states they will do a loan audit if this is not done you  are to be returned full refund in my case $3,270 what arize did for me was send me 2 demand letters which i would send to my mortgage company the only thing arize is looking for is the original note with your signature on it so all this information you send them morgage statements bankstatements etc.  just to make it look good, they do nothing with this information. so once the gig was up and i was seeing they couldn't do anything for me i was told to hire an attorney to go after my mortgage company this after putting this money out of my pocket and i got 0% information out of this. so i looked back at the original contract and it states if a loan audit is not performed you get 100% refund so i called nikki price and she said a loan audit is against law we don't do that but it says they do it in the contract she said they never got around to changing it she then said i am entitled to a refund the next day however she tells me not to call anymore but this stupid b**ch doesn't realize the conversation was recorded. at this company you have ruby price nikki price and jeremy burgess. ruby is the president she lives in bonner springs kansas in the same area as her son and daughter in law i have information on this whole family that i will use to make sure nikki & white trash grammy ruby are behind bars.i kept calling them about my refund they blocked my phone # i just wanted 1900 back and they wont do that so i have lawyers involved just a matter of time before i get the last laugh.this is a very simple case for a court to decide .
