My son and went into the Irving location 5/29 to test drive a 2005 Toyota Avalon,  he liked it so we gave the Salesman "Dustin" 800 of the 1000 deposit to hold the car until Thursday 5/31.  We came back in on the 31st and gave them the remaining 200 for the deposit but was told that in order for him to drive it off of the lot he needed full coverage insurance or opt in to paying for there in house insurance that will cover the car and he would be able to drive the car off of the lot.  My son came back on Saturday 6/2 paid the 200 in house insurance and as he was driving the car home within 10 minutes of driving the car stop.  luckily his girlfriend was following behind him in her car so my son was able to park the car in front of a convenience store, he took pictures of the car's locations went back to the dealership informed Dustin the Sales Rep that the car stopped on him.  at this time the manager Dillion came out and ensured my son that they will take care of him that they will go and pick up the car and on Monday they will resolve this matter.  I followed up with a phone call to Dillion the Manager and he also assured me that he will take care of everything on Monday and that his tow person was on their way to pick up the car.

Well on Monday, June 4th my husband and my son went back to the dealership only to be told that they do not know where the car was and that they promise to put my son into a 2012 Mazda in which my husband and son test drove but he was not able to drive off until they received the car back.  so they left and every day after that my husband and my son went up there to the dealership only to be given the run around and lies and excuses.  on 6/5 my husband was told that he was going to have to pay for the tow fees and that they were going to get the car out of the pound, which keep in mind it goes up 20 bucks everyday that the car is there.  If this is the case on Saturday if Dillon had been honest and said that they were not going to get the car we could have gotten the car towed that very same day for cheaper but he continued to lie........... on 6/6/18  My husband and son went up there again only to be told that that they picked up the car from the impound which is probably another lie but unfortunately the person who is responsible for drawing up the new contract for the 2012 Mazda was out on lunch..... yeah right.  They are stalling and giving us the run around.  it has been 4 days and my son still has no car and they are refusing to give him his money back. i dont know what to do, this is sooo frustrating.

We understood that he bought the car "As Is" and we even accepted the "No Refund "Policy"  but this is ridiculous the way that they are treating us.  we have been patient and respectful but they continue to lie to us and be deceitful and wasting our time.   They are not honest people and i will make sure that i let everyone i know is aware of my son's experience with this company.  and to top if off The Salesman Dustin accused my husband and my son of stealing his personal keys then sent my son a disrespectful text after my son told him that he didnt have them, Dustin sent my son a text with the pic of him and his dad and said "I am not stupid fam" what must have happened is when Dustin gave my husband the keys to the Mazda he give him both the keys to the Mazda to test drive along with his keys.  My husband ended up waiting on Dustin for 25 mins at a gas station to get his keys.  we have been handled very poorly,  i feel bad because what was supposed to be a great experience for my son in buying his first car has turned into a NIGHTMARE
