My name is Ankita Sharma, I'm working as a eCommerce Website Developer at The Brihaspati Infotech which is an Magento Website Development Company. I have been working here since three years. I have very bad experience here.
There are the list of disadvantages of this company:
1. 10 to 12 hours daily shift, no any extra money here.
2. No any leave approved here
3. No any deduction for Employees Provident Fund
4. No ESI for Medical
5. If you resign then you will attend office 45 working days, but salary will be credit for only 30 days
6. You can be fire without any valid reason
7. More then 40% employess got salary by Cash no any Bank account
These are the disadvantages of this company. If we are talking about professionalism then this company stand for zero review.
