The Caribbean Times Magazine Precious Moise They took money for a magazine ad, ad was never published! Magazine is a fake, she is working on making it real at this moment! Internet, Rhode Island

This individual known as Precious Moise, business owner of Sofibiz tv broadcast as well as Owner of the alleged "The Caribbean Times Magazine".  She came into my business and did a commercial for me which I paid her $350 for which after airing it on streamline I realize I was more popular than her and she didn't gain me not one client.  I am paying her to promote me, however I (MY OWN BUSINESS) have over 500,000 views alone on my own youtube videos, she only has less than 200 views on all her videos on youtube. BEFORE YOU PAY SOMEONE TO PROMOTE YOU MAKE SURE YOUR STATS ARE NOT HIGHER THAN HERS!!! SHE HAS NO FOLLOWERS, SHE DESERVES NO MONEY TO PROMOTE! Her stats are horrible.  
However she told me she was coming out with a Magazine and to continue earning my business she said she will give me a Cover Page on her magazine and 2 pages inside magazine.  She agreed to do it for a total of $1000 / I gave her 2 checks for $250 each to cash one week of each other only because ad was not to come out till the next month, and she was not local.  I promised to pay her rest of $1000 balance however Sofi lied to me, the Magazine was not really created.  I was sent a page from photoshop or Kinkos showing a magazine Cover that she said I was on, however I am trying to locate this magazine every where and no magazine.  Finally when I got a hold of her she swore up and down that this was done, and I have every right to ask for a refund cause I don't have a copy of the ad myself however she said she would have the manager get it and mail it which manager name is Gil Saint.  I recieved an April Issue of the Magazine with one ad inside of the magazine.  I didn't pay for April and I was still looking for the one I am supposedly on the cover.

 She lied to me.  And when I finally agreed to take a refund.  She then said no this is what you paid for and i'm sending you a copy of what we thought u deserve.  I paid for the cover of Feb. and I didn't get no calls from anyone telling me they seen my work on this magazine.  I have a real ad in a local paper in my area and I get calls everyday.  I was lied to and now that I ask for a refund she has resulted in Slandering my companies name, she has made videos saying that I couldn't afford to pay for her ad, and I'm just upset.  I pay for ads every month and I get true results.  

Sofibiz is a Fraud.  She scammed me out of my money and Sofie aka Precious is acting like a third party came into my store and sold me on an ad.  NO she herself came into my store, and took my money and DID NOT RENDER SERVICES.  I TILL TODAY HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND INSTEAD SHE HAS NOW BEEN DOING THE JOB OF PROMOTING MY BUSINESS EVEN THOUGHT ITS BAD PUBLICITY SHE IS PUTTING OUT ABOUT MY COMPANY, AT LEAST SHE IS WORKING NOW THAT IS ON PROMOTING ME, HOWEVER I PAID HER TO PROMOTE MY BUSINESS IN A GOOD WAY NOT NEGATIVE! SO THIS IS A BREACH ! SHE IS NOT TRUST WORTHY, IF ITS YOUR JOB TO SLANDER ME INSTEAD OF GIVE ME A REFUND, THAN YOU WILL CONTINUE TO DO BAD BUSINESS AND I WON'T ALLOW ANYONE ELSE TO GET ROBBED.  I'M GONNA DO MY DUTY AND SPREAD THE WORD.
