Im a former employee of the cheesecake factory INC. as a dish washer im here to expose the devils for what they are and hopefully people out there realize that and stop eating at all there 200 locations worldwide.
For those that dont realize it. they are a full service dining company. they make over $2 billion a year. however for there dish washer set up they dont use the traditional set up 99% of most companies are using. they have a hospital style bus tub set up. the servers drop and go and walk away and the dish washers have to scrap the plate of the servers before they can even wash them, this is pure evil and un human treatment put in place by the demons at corporate. This policy was to get back at the thousands of black and minority dish washers who walked off the jobs years ago after the company got more menu items and work got too much for the average man. so they decided they would punish all black dish washers in past present future with there evil policies.
go into any restuarant and see there dish set up. servers go to the dish area, scrap there plate and stack nice and neat. cheesecake sets up a racist polisy to prevent the servers from ever even having to look at the dish washers. they drop there dirty plates in a bus tub and roll the cart to the dish area and we have to scrape out there plates. they have about 80 bus tubs per cheesecake restuarant. this is evil and unhuman.
Cheesecake factory INC has a policy that gives all cooks free meals but the dish washer has to pay for his food. Now hopefully you see what im saying. there are blatant evil BUT they only hire black and mexicans to wash dishes and not white people. No company on earth does this but them. free food for cooks dish washer gets nothing. most companies its free or discounted food for the entire back of the house. However cheesecake knows that there are the devil and mistreating you so they set in place demon policies right in plain sight. thats why they dont want to give feed to dish washers cause they make them so angry to begin with with there evil jobs. even prisoners in a kitchen are treated better then cheesecake dish washers. this is a known fact because many former convicts quit over and over because the mistreatment. This company is contributing to the decline of society. Help expose them and bring them down!!

this reply must be by a secret cheesecake manager SHILLING or the owner himself SHILLING, because only a fool would sit here back up a evil company. other than giant hotels NO other restaurant company on earth makes a dish washer scrape out a servers plates. all other companies either charge the dish washer and line cooks for meals or NO ONES GETS FOOD AT ALL. Cheesecake give free meals to cooks only and not dish washers. BUT THEY DO NOT HIRE WHITE PEOPLE to wash dishes period only black and mexican. MEN ONLY ages 18-50 a women will DIE in DISH. just go to any location and see for yourself!!!! find a white dish washer and and i pay you $1000!!! Im a man of my word!!!!
Everytime they put a white guy at cheesecakes they walk out in 5 minutes each time. and oh for the record i quit cheesecake in Brandon FL after 1.5 years. yeah right fire my behind. call them and give them my Name Tony M from 2014-2015 and they will say YES i quit not fired. i went to other nearby BIG restaurants and got a job. and they make all people pay for there meals on breaks discounted. saying dish washers get no food and only hiring minorites to wash dishes is in fact racist. hire whites to wash dishes and try that, they dont. out of 185 store NONE have white dish washers more then 1 month!!!! the executive chefs and traveling managers themselves told us this. all mexican and black. in fact they joke to whites at interviews who apply to be dish washer that they should try being a server or something. they know they wont last. that heat will destroy them. im black i can take the heat. but at least offer a meal to us no charge. OR MAKE ALL PAY FOR FOOD!!!!
As a so called owner, do you make all your employees pay for food? i bet you do!!!! do you allow a server to just dump there plate in a bustub down a wall and walk off or do you allow servers and bussers and scrape plates and stack them in dish area for dish team to wash them?? 95% of all companies do it this way. not just drop and go. this will kill a dish washer. you talk that trash now back it up. they have high turnover in dish, that means there doing something wrong if too many people keep qutting who dont know each other i might add.
Lazy and fair working conditions is too different things.

Being the owner of a chain of restaurants this so called "inhumane" practice is the standard in the industry.
Tony M, you are nothing but an idiotic race baiting moron. Just save us the trouble and go away! You are nothing but a disgruntled employee who probably was fired for being lazy.
