The Command Center Send money my credit card charged and order not sent recieve no responses, Internet

I found the dite  for the command center online, they also claimed to have an ebay store but do not. The owners name is Brian Smoot works as a forest ranger and as a dispatcher for an emergency response company. I was charged on my credit card for the product I ordered a badge. It took then nearly a week to collect the money from my credit card. Upon trying to contact them regarding the status of my order I recieved no responses after muyiple emails I fifnally recieved automatic responses. I attempted to contact the phone number given to me by my credit card company and it is a cell phone and I have not gotten any responses nor have I recieved what I paid for. This business is a business ran out of his home computer. He has a facebook account where more information can be gotten. He is definitely commiting internet fraud
