I ordered a badge and belt clip on july 5th 2010. my bank verified they sent the payment on 7/7/10. the website appears to be closed and i have recieved no information about my order and i have emailed the company at command@visuallink.com over 30 times and all i have gotten is 3 auto responses. tried to contact the seller at the phone number my credit card company gave me and no answer and no response to my messages. shouldnt this be considered fraud. i paid these people over 25 days ago and still no info has been sent to me none of my questions or phone calls have been answered. the site says they ship within 24hrs of recieving cleared payment but i guess that must be some kind of sick joke to this man who apparently runs this business from his garage. i have read several bad reviews of this website since i ordered the items, and none of the people seemed to have gotten a refund or the items that they ordered. VERY DISSAPPOINTED.

Well i have officially sent off over 32 emails and more than 15 phone calls no response and no answer this is ridiculas how can this company be allowed to treat people like this
