The Compliance Doctor,Troy Lair Troy lair Scam DME/HME certification consultant no show no call! After he gets your deposit he disappears!! Internet

We hired Troy Lair as a consultant to help us open our DME company and get it certified. We signed a contract and wired him the $4500.00 needed to get him down here. After money changed hands we never spoke on the phone again. Every communication has been through email or text. We had a schedule day that he was going to come down for a week to train us. He never showed up and cancelled via text the night before he was suppose to be here. We then scheduled another appointment for today and had all 3 owners at the office at 10am. No call no show and at 2pm he texts after we left him a message that he couldnt get a flight? Wouldnt you call and say I didnt make it yesterday? Of course anyone would but not Troy lair. This guy is a scam artist and talks a good game. Stay away from this scam artist. Daniel Tampa, Fl.
