Can you believe these jerks have the temerity to contact me with a marketing post card???!!!
They tell me they have my measurements and records on file-------BUT they are NOT the same Custom Shop Clothiers who RIPPED ME OFF for TWO SUITS when they went BANKRUPT.
I wonder where my coat that is that they took for alterations?
I wonder where the suit is that I paid for, that was NEVER DELIVERED?
Now they tell me they are a new company with THE SAME LOGO, SAME OFFERS --- only this time they want me to give them money at the Double Tree Hotel, LAX....
Will their word be good, now that they have CLOSED their Centry City Location and Opened in a HOTEL?
They will not even speak to me concerning my clothes that have never been delivered.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from these CROOKS!!!!

The New Custom Shop not a ripoff!

The Custom Shop owned by HC Holdings went bankrupt March of 2001. Another company purchased the Domain name, trademark, & customer list from the bankruptcy court. They didnt take over the company or its debts. Michael
Smith Custom Clothier is offering a discount toward a purchase if a customer has a gift certificate from the Old Custom Shop. THIS IS NOT THE SAME COMPANY.
