They don't tell you that it's telemarketing because that is exactly what it is they have someone call you saying that the position is Customer Service Call Center. They give you the option after the interview is concluded and you sign an agreement they hit you with oh by the way, you have to get your insurance licensing and you can either pay for it upfront or we will pay for it at a later date. Once you pass the certification, they put pressure on you to keep taking the test or as I was told they don't have enough money to pay me to be there when I'm working if I can't register to keep taking the test. To make them money they also try to tell you that you get the whole commission when that's a lie as well. For nine dollars a hour its not worth my time for the long hours and the tension there when I started there one of their employees after their 90 days left. I can do without it and it's bullshit. My experience HATED IT!

As a current employee of Diversified who also works behind the scenes in the hiring process, all posts and job offers that are online completely list 100% of what our company is, what we do, and what we offer. We hide absolutely NOTHING from applicants, but the PROBLEM is that people are simply clicking all links online with job offers and clicking "APPLY" without reading the entire job descriptions and offers. There's absolutely NOTHING that we hide from new people. As for this poster, they did not last long here because they were not fulfilling their part of the deal; we are an INSURANCE agency, and by LAW it is stated that you NEED a license. We CLEARLY list this in our job descriptions online. Is it our fault they did not read the entire posting? No, it is clearly their fault for not reading the simple post that is available to the public.
We strive to uphold a wonderful reputation, and we have plenty of workers here that have been with us for YEARS that can give testimonials talking about how wonderful their time is with us. I will be attaching a video that also shows how great we are in the office; does this look like a "scam" and "bad" company? Negative and false reviews like this one really hurt us, and the original poster has no idea. We are 100% honest and clear from the get go, and we even allow everyone the choice and opportunity to work with us before you are signed up or asked to do anything. We start with what YOU want to do, we can't make anyone do something they don't want to.
Take this review as an honest outlook from someone who is employed by them. Diversified is a LEGIT company.
