The Eagle Warranty Corportation major rip off located in Blakely, Pennsylvania

I purchased a 2000 ford focus and within a little over a month the engine blew.  Upon purchasing the vehicle, I was advised that i was given a three month warrantly with "The Eagle Warranty Corporation". During the process of purchasing my vehicle, i was informed that the highest deductible i would need to pay just in case something went wrong with the car would not exceed the amount of $100.00.  Once the vehicle was damaged, I was advised by the owner of the auto dealership in which i purchased the vehicle that i would have to pay $2500.00 to repair my vehicle and would'nt be reimbursed until a month or so.  At that time, i asked for my vehicle to be towed to another location, because i felt it was more or so the actions of the owner of the auto dealership as opposed to "The eagle Warrantly Corporation" which attempted for me to make such an extensive payment.  Once my vehicle was relocated, i attempted to call "Eagle Warranty" on my own, but they would not speak to me in regards to my own vehicle.  The representative stated that i must advise the auto mecanic shop to contact them in regards to repairs/payments.  Upon this request, I advised the shop and they immediately called "Eagle Warranty" and opened a claim.  "Eagle warrantly advised the shop to call them once the work is completed with a sum of the amount.  This is when the mechanic shop proceeded to place work on the vehicle.  They even upfront me the money to pay for the work with the expectations of getting reimbursed once the work was complete.  There were several attempts during this process to contact "Eagle Warranty", however, the majority of the time the phone would just ring and when we did get an answer the workers were very brief and indirect.  They were also very unprofessional and basically answered all questions in a vague manner.  Once the work was completed on my car, teh auto mechanic shop called "Eagle Warranty" to give them the sum of payments to be reimbursed, but he never got threw.  During the time the work was completed on my car, it was around Christmas so i figured perhaps they were on vacation.  We gave them a little over a week before calling once more, at this time it was an automated system which stated they were out of business.  Now my car is repaired and i don't have the funds to pay for the services that were placed on my car.  I feel there is a lot that need to be done and justice must definitely be served.
