The emails sent to the support email adress bounces back and they do not reply to their alternative email address. I do not believe i can receive a refund, therefore my main concern is for other consumers being lied to. Their Facebook page have received many complaints regarding their products and they state that the product does not do justice to the image on the webpage. They have also complained that their products have still not been sent to them and its been over 2 months, whereas the policy promises 10 working days.

the gift necklace I ordered 2 items, paid through PayPal. Have not received my items and they do not respond to my e-mails checking on the status. They gave me a tracking number but it does not work. Just says the same thing everytime about give us three days to process and expect your package within 10 days. It has been 3 weeks and no response.
