 I ordered a personalized necklace off their website after I saw an advertisement on Facebook. The website looked legitimate and everything appeared normal to me. I received a confirmation email saying my order was received and my payment was successful. I checked my bank account and was charged 2 different times, neither amount is what my order total was. I emailed the company from the list of emails provided in my confirmation email and have had no response.
