I actually filled the origional report against the Goddard School, Heriberto, Lucia and the Contractor.  Apparently the contractor had been paid in full per their agreement but the workers had not received any compensation from the contractor.  This whole thing is a big misunderstanding that could have been avoided by choosing a quality contractor but obviously Heriberto, Lucia and the Goddard School are held blameless.  I personally at this time would like to retract me origional thoughts and continue to place my attention on the person who deserves it, the POS contractor.  Sorry for any harm this may have caused your Daycare business or you personally.  If my children weren't already grown up, I would definately leave them at the Goddard in Frisco.  God speed.....  -RR

I read the malicious report,  I'm a fair family man who does not tolerate lies specially if those lies are intended to hurt someone as an indivual, family or business. Our son has been in The Goddard School for the past 3 years and I can tell you that he is extremely happy with the teachers, the atmosphere is incredibly friendly and he has grown mentally and emotionally since he started attending that school.

This complaint seems to be posted by a disgruntled teacher (I won't mention names since I don't want to cause harm to anyone) that lost her job due to poor decisions made while she was employed at Goddard. I've compared the date when she lost her job and postings in every possible site, she is going out of her way to hurt not only The Goddard School owner but also her family.

I'd be happy to give you my personal opinion and references about this great school; after all, paying a visit to this wonderful institution and checking the happy faces from staff and students will make you decide if this is a nice place or not.

The owner of this school is a religious woman that works hard every day and takes a lot of time away from her family in order to make these children a better teenagers, adults for this great City of Frisco.

I tried contacting Ron, the alleged victim in this case to setup a meeting between myself, the contractor and him (the subcontractor) but apparently Ron is no longer working for the so called Veterans company.  I am in the best interest in getting to the bottom of this, but I think that this is all a scam geared towards extortion.  I found this news report regarding Ron and his alleged criminal enterprise.

I will wait to hear back from Ron, but for now, I am convinced I've done all I can to get this issue resolved.

The entire document is a lie.  We don't know Ron personally.  Ron was subcontracted to work on a roof at a house that we own.  Ron was subcontracted by Micheal.  We paid Micheal for the roof repairs, and it was later brought to our attention that Ron was not fully paid.  Ron kept showing up to the school looking for payment.  We explained to Ron that we had paid Micheal, and that he needed to direct his request for payment to Michael.  Ron stated that he had ways of destroying companies via social media. 

We explained to Ron that he has the right to do what he feels is right.  He however does not have a right to lie or defame someone else.  Obviously violating someone else's rights. We were able to provide Ron with sufficient information to locate Micheal, because apparantely Micheal wasn't answering his calls.  The last time we spoke to Ron, he told us that he had located Micheal, and that everything would be taken care of.  Today we learned about his unlawful posts. 

Ron never worked at our school, Ron should have been paid by Micheal, and if Ron feels that Micheal did him wrong, he should go after Micheal.  We  have copies of paid checks that we wrote out to Micheal.  If it is true that Ron never got paid for the roofing job he did, we feel bad, and we understand Ron's frustration; however, we don't understand nor agree with the lying and making up stories that are just that, stories.  Ron has our number, and he is more than welcome to call us as we will try to help Ron in any way possible so that he gets paid for what the contractor owes him.
