The Gold Gods DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO!! Kansas City Missouri

So, I placed an order for a bracelet from The Gold Gods website, I looked like a nice bracelet, the site stated that it was 100% 18k gold , 8.5” long, etc etc. I received the bracelet, took it out and tried it on, did not fit, the site said it was 8.5” long, it was actually 6.5” long, no big deal, I’ll just return it, before I put it back in the bag that it came in I checked for the gold markings to make sure it was real gold, sure enough, it happened to be plated gold!, wtf!! I’m thinking. So of course they have no customer service number, just a contact email and a physical address for somewhere in Kansas City. So I wrote them an email , they responded by saying return the item and we will refund you the money, so I did. After they received my return I got an email from them stating that they did not give refunds, just credits so you could get something else , so I said cool, just make sure you give me real gold, they said we are sorry, blah blah, we will make it up to you. So I waited about a week, they gave me a tracking number , etc etc. Finally it arrived, and guess what ? Same d**n bracelet that I just returned to them!! Wtf!! Not only that, they charged my credit card again!! So I am disputing the charges with my bank, filed a Police report with the Kansas City Police Dept and complaints thru other channels, lesson learned from buying from a company with no customer service number! DO NOT BUY FROM THE GOLD GODS, DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER! BEWARE!
