I employed a company based on business cards and flyers. I did not check into the company. I could not locate a physical address, but they work out of Chandler a lot. The main contacts were Pete and Mike Callahan. On the surface, they appeared knowledgeable, however sent someone else to do the work. The person showed up and did about three-quarters of the job. I paid most of the money to install a door ($402). I was not home (my mother was visiting and home at the time) and after he left (Derek) we realized that the door was crooked, and he damaged the wood framework terribly. Also, there are several gaps around the door, allowing the outside air and light in. There was no support put into the frame, and it sags down below. The door needs to be completely reinstalled. This company never returned again (after making an appt for the next day), did not return a phone call for over a month (or ever), and now refuses to answer the phone.
